How To Order

1. Complete an Order Form. Enter your details, requirements, FedEx number, etc. 2. Decide on your method of payment 3 Methods of Payment and complete a Payment Form. 3. Fax, email, or post the forms Our Contact Details. 4. Receive a confirmation email. Within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment forms we will send you a confirmation email. (If you do not receive confimation please check with us to ensure we have received your order.) We also advise you of the delivery time depending on availability of stock at the time. In the case of arms our standard turnaround time is 3 weeks. We will keep you posted on any updates. If you have utilized the Swap Over Program... Do not send your trade-in equipment. This means ZERO DOWN TIME for you. 5. Upon receipt of your item/s. If you have utilized the swapover program you are welcome to hold onto your old equipment for a week or so while you familiarize yourself with your new one. If you need more time with your old equipment we are happy to come to an arrangement with you. 6. Send your 'Swap Over' Arm After you have familiarised yourself with your new equipment for a week or so we will advise you on where to send your old arm which will be a specified address in either the USA, UK or Australia whichever is more local to you. 7.
